EXPERIENCE
Practical construction insight combined with finance and negotiation.
I have 25 years of experience in finance and sales and grew up around a successful family construction company. I have personally bought, fully renovated and sold six apartments in central Stockholm and four large villas on Lidingö — including pools and complete landscaping projects.
I am experienced across the entire chain: ideas, drawings, architects, structural engineers, permits, municipalities, housing boards, bank financing, procurement, contracts, payment schedules, inspections, certificates and handover.
